The 4-Week Beginner Reformer Course is a structured program designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Held once a week over five weeks, this course allows beginners to gradually build their strength, flexibility, and confidence on the Reformer machine. Each class focuses on learning core exercises and proper techniques in a small, supportive group setting, ensuring personalised attention.

The course includes one class per week for four weeks, allowing you to gradually progress and develop a strong understanding of Reformer Pilates.
Once you’ve completed the beginner’s course, you’re ready to progress to our Reformer Improvers classes. These sessions build on the foundations you’ve learned, introducing more challenging exercises and resistance to further enhance your strength, flexibility, and coordination.
