Express Barre Burn

Our 30-minute Express Barre class is held in our Sculpt by Reform studio on Washington Street. All the best of Barre Burn, but in a quick, efficient format. Perfect for squeezing in before work or as a midday energy boost. Expect targeted, high-intensity toning in less time!

Our Barre Burn Pilates class is designed to be suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, the class can be tailored to meet your needs. Modifications and progressions are provided throughout the session, allowing participants to adjust the intensity based on their fitness level.

What to Bring?

At Reform Pilates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Wear: Comfortable, fitted workout clothes. Grip socks are recommended.
  • Bring: Just yourself—we provide all the equipment. Feel free to bring a water bottle.
  • Arrive Early: Come 5-10 minutes before class to get settled. First-timers will get a quick intro to the equipment.
