Our signature Sculpt & Tone held in our Marina and Sculpt Studio is a more intense variation of Mat Pilates that incorporates props like resistance bands, Pilates rings, and hand weights to increase the challenge. This class focuses on strengthening and toning the entire body, with a particular emphasis on core stability, balance, and endurance.

By using these props, Sculpt & Tone intensifies traditional Pilates exercises, making it ideal for those looking to push their fitness levels and achieve a lean, toned physique. It’s perfect for those who want a higher-energy, full-body workout.

Sculpt Strength

Our 45-minute Sculpt Strength class is held in our Sculpt by Reform studio on Washington Street. A more intense version of our signature Sculpt class, incorporating added weights and resistance equipment for a challenging yet empowering full-body workout. Perfect for those looking to push their strength and endurance to the next level.

Express Sculpt

Our 30-minute Express Sculpt class is held in our Sculpt by Reform studio on Washington Street. A faster version of our signature Sculpt class, designed for those on the go. This class delivers a full-body workout that strengthens and tones—all in just 30 minutes.

What to Bring?

At Reform Pilates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Wear: Comfortable, fitted workout clothes. Grip socks are recommended.
  • Bring: Just yourself—we provide all the equipment. Feel free to bring a water bottle.
  • Arrive Early: Come 5-10 minutes before class to get settled. First-timers will get a quick intro to the equipment.
  • Small Class Sizes: Personalised attention to help you reach your goals.
